My story
Hi, I'm Mackenzie Rose Bernett. I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had all kinds — dogs, turtles, birds, rabbits, lizards, you name it — taking care of them wasn't a chore, it was just part of who I was. I also went to a high school built around animal care, so on top of raising them at home, I had the formal education to back it up.
I'm a college graduate of Arizona State University, where I studied art and photography. It's a different world from animal care, but it taught me many of the same lessons: personal responsibility, patience, and attention to detail.
These days, I bring that same attention to every visit. I treat every pet like it's my own — same routine, same patience, same care I'd want for a pet of mine. Whether it's a quick walk or an extended stay, your pet gets someone who's spent a lifetime around animals and treats your home with respect.
